The Hart is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our pub team in London. You will craft a wide range of drinks, deliver exceptional service, and help keep the bar stocked and inviting for guests.

We value creativity, teamwork, and hospitality. Expect competitive pay (£12.71/hour) plus tips up to £18/hour, with staff benefits and progression opportunities in a bustling pub environment.

Formación

• Previous bartending experience and cocktail training preferred.
• Passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.
• Positive and friendly attitude; willingness to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing as a Bartender:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
