Job summary

Brown's Hotel in Mayfair, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels group, is seeking a Floor Manager in Meetings & Events to lead a team and uphold our luxury standards. You’ll oversee in-room dining operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure flawless service for distinguished guests.

You will train and develop colleagues, maintain high hygiene standards, address guest feedback, and foster cross‑department collaboration to deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced luxury setting.
