Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush in West London is hiring a Bars Manager to lead our signature bar, shaping its vibe, menu, and guest experiences.

You’ll manage daily operations, inspire a team of bartenders, craft seasonal drinks rooted in local flavour, and work with events to drive footfall. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience running a bar in a lifestyle hotel or destination venue.
• A creative eye for mixology and drink trends.
• Confidence in managing staff, rotas, and stock control.
• A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach.
• Excellent customer service and people management skills.
• Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and allergen standards.
