Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to help run a buzzing West London bar as part of our pre-opening team.

You will lead a talented bar team, enhance guest moments, and bring creative mixology flair. The role requires bar supervisory experience and a calm, hands-on leadership style.

Annual salary up to £36,600 depending on experience, with benefits including pension, staff discounts, meals on duty, and opportunities for development.

Qualificações

• Experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Knowledge of bar operations and stock control.
• Understanding of licensing laws and food hygiene.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily bar operations and uphold high standards.
• Lead the shift in the Bar Manager's absence.
• Manage stock, deliveries, compliance, and cleanliness.
• Mentor bartenders and train new starters.
• Support events, promotions, and pop-ups with Marketing and Events.
