Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Junior Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and create memorable moments for guests. You’ll bring energy, style, and hospitality to every pour, mixing classics and house specials while engaging customers with confidence and flair.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to high standards, engaging guests with confidence and flair.
• Welcome guests, recommend cocktails, highlight promotions and set the tone for a memorable experience.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organised; manage stock levels and equipment; ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy during shifts.
• Work with restaurant and events teams to support food service and guest experiences.

You bring energy, precision, and personality, and you take pride in serving great drinks with a genuine smile. To thrive in this Junior Bartender role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws
