Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Bars Manager to lead our signature bar in West London. You will set the vibe, craft seasonal drinks, manage daily operations, stock, and help drive guest experiences.

You should have hands-on leadership, a passion for mixology, and the ability to manage rotas, compliance, and a small team. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a suite of employee benefits with IHG.

Qualifications

• Experience running a bar in a lifestyle hotel or destination venue.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach with a service focus.
• Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and allergen standards.
