Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to help run a buzzing West London bar as part of our pre-opening team.

You will lead a talented bar team, enhance guest moments, and bring creative mixology flair. The role requires bar supervisory experience and a calm, hands-on leadership style.

Annual salary up to £36,600 depending on experience, with benefits including pension, staff discounts, meals on duty, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bar supervisor or assistant bar manager.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Knowledge of bar operations and stock control.
• Understanding of licensing laws and food hygiene.

• Support the scene: Assist in managing daily bar operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and standards remain sky-high.
