Job summary

RB Holdings in London operates exclusive private members' clubs, including 5 Hertford Street. The Bars Manager will lead a high-performing bar team, ensuring exceptional member experiences, stock control and innovative beverage offerings.

You will train and coach staff, drive revenue, manage costs, and uphold premium service standards across the club's bars, delivering memorable experiences for our discerning members.

• Must have experience as Bars Manager in luxury hospitality.

As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Bars Manager to lead and elevate our bar operation, delivering outstanding beverage experiences and exceptional service standards within one of London's most anticipated private members' clubs.

Experience and qualities required to be our Bars Manager include:

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bars Manager or Senior Bar Manager within a luxury hospitality, private members' club or five-star hotel environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing bar teams.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, wines and beverage operations.
• Experience managing stock control, purchasing, inventories and cost management.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a member-focused approach.
• Commercially astute with experience driving revenue growth and controlling costs.
