RB Holdings is a world-leading luxury Hospitality & Leisure group seeking an exceptional Front of House Director to lead all member-facing operations across the Club and its venues. You will drive service excellence, elevate guest experiences, and embed a culture of personalised, world-class hospitality.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight and team development across FOH functions, with a focus on delivering seamless experiences for members and guests as The Marcus launches

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs, or five-star hotels.
• Proven experience leading Front of House, Guest Relations, or Member Services teams.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets and labour costs.
• Experience opening or launching luxury hospitality venues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member and guest experience across the Club.
• Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention through high standards and personalised service.
• Develop and implement Front of House strategies aligned with the Club's vision and business objectives.
• Oversee operational performance, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, labour planning and KPIs to support commercial success.
• Build and lead a Concierge team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Lead and develop Front of House teams, driving service excellence, accountability and engagement.

This is an exciting time to join RB Holdings. As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Front of House Director to lead all member-facing operations and deliver a world-class experience across the Club.

The key responsibilities of our FOH Director will be:

• Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member and guest experience across the Club.
• Drive service excellence, member satisfaction and retention through consistently high standards and personalised service.
• Develop and implement Front of House strategies aligned with the Club's vision, culture and business objectives.
• Oversee operational performance, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, labour planning and key performance metrics to support commercial success.
• Build and lead a high-performing Concierge team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Lead and develop Front of House teams, driving service excellence, accountability and engagement.
