RB Holdings, owner of 5 Hertford Street, is recruiting a Front of House Director to lead member-facing operations across the Club in London. The role focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience and maintaining the Club's renowned standards of service.

You will drive service excellence, manage budgets and develop a high-performing Concierge team, shaping guest relations and operations in a luxury setting with ambitious growth plans, including The Marcus launch in Mayfair.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
• Proven experience leading Front of House, Guest Relations or Member Services teams.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets and labour costs.
• Experience opening or launching luxury hospitality venues is advantageous.
