RB Holdings in London is seeking an exceptional Front of House Director to lead all member-facing operations across The Marcus and our clubs, ensuring a world-class guest experience.

You will oversee service standards, develop FOH strategies aligned with the club’s vision, manage budgets and labour planning, and build a high-performing Concierge and Front of House teams that deliver personalised, flawless hospitality for private members and guests.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality or five-star venues.
• Proven experience leading Front of House, Guest Relations or Member Services teams.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets and labour costs.
• Experience opening or launching luxury hospitality venues is advantageous.

Experience and qualities required to be our FOH Director include:

Experience:

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
• Proven experience leading Front of House, Guest Relations or Member Services teams.
• Experience managing operational performance, budgets and labour costs.
• Experience opening or launching luxury hospitality venues is advantageous.
