RB Holdings, a world-leading luxury hospitality group based in London, seeks an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead all restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining venues as we prepare to launch The Marcus in Mayfair.

You will develop an innovative F&B strategy, drive revenue and profitability, mentor senior teams and ensure outstanding guest experiences across multi-outlet operations in a demanding luxury environment.

This is an exciting time to join RB Holdings. As we prepare to launch The Marcus in Summer 2027, we are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and shape all food, beverage, and hospitality operations.

The key responsibilities of our F&B Director will be:

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional standards across restaurants, bars, lounges and private dining spaces.
• Develop and deliver an innovative Food & Beverage strategy that strengthens the Club's reputation and market position.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency through effective financial and commercial management.

Experience and qualities required to be our F&B Director include:

Experience:

• Significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs or five-star hotels.
• Proven success leading multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong commercial experience, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Experience driving business growth, profitability and operational excellence.

Skills

• Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in revenue growth, profitability, budgeting and financial performance.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including outlet management, service delivery and operational best practice.
