Job summary

RB Holdings, a world-leading luxury hospitality group, seeks a Bars Manager in London to lead and elevate the bar operation for one of its premier private clubs. You will deliver outstanding beverage experiences, manage a high-performing team, and uphold exceptional service standards for discerning members.

In the lead-up to the Summer 2027 Marcus launch in Mayfair, you will shape menus, train staff, optimize stock control, and drive profitability while maintaining the brand’s elevated guest

Qualifications

• Prev Bars Manager or Senior Bar Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing bar teams.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines and beverage operations.
• Experience managing stock, purchasing, inventories and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations for seamless service.
• Build relationships with members to anticipate preferences and createMemorable experiences.
• Manage stock, purchasing and inventory to reduce waste.
• Develop innovative beverage menus and promotions.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
• Monitor performance and profitability metrics.
