Job summary

Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels in Peebles is seeking a hands-on Bar/Operations leader to drive revenue and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our seven hotels. You will manage high-volume food and beverage operations, train and motivate teams, and implement creative ideas to differentiate our bars and venues.

You’ll work closely with a supportive, family-first culture, with live-in accommodation options and generous staff benefits.

We’re set right at the heart of the Scottish Borders and offer a great place to relax, unwind and magically shut off from the pressures of modern life. About the role

You’ll be passionate about, responsible for and will promote all the Bars, make sure they run efficiently with optimised revenue, a well trained team and you’ll grow the business to make sure Peebles Hydro is seen as “a great place to work, a great place to stay and a great business to invest in”.

Customer satisfaction is always a key priority. You’ll have procedures, products and services that make our customers smile, while still meeting legislative requirements and financial targets.

You’ll be hands‑on and bring your own style to the role. You’ll put the customer at the heart of every decision, at the same time finding creative ways boost revenue.
