Crieff Hydro Limited; Murraypark Hotel seeks a flexible General Assistant to help across rooms, dining and bar service. You will join a small, dedicated team delivering attentive guest experiences in a warm hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented approach. You’ll be 18+ to work behind the bar, with hours around 30–35 per week in a welcoming environment.

About the role

Working as part of our small and dedicated team offers you a friendly, fast paced and challenging experience. As a general assistant, you'll help out wherever you're needed. You could be making beds, waiting on tables, or serving behind the bar. But whatever you're doing, the common theme is that you'll want to please our customers.

We're looking for someone to join our team on a flexible basis, working around 30-35 hours per week.

What we need from you

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so your friendly, welcoming personality is a given. Your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality, along with your genuine smile and desire to get it right for the customer, will impress us. You’ll also need to show us your team focussed. You'll have previous customer experience, ideally in hospitality, and you'll need to be over 18 to work behind the bar.
