Job summary

Crieff Hydro Limited is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the bars at Peebles Hydro, driving revenue and building a motivated, customer‑focused team.

You will shape guest experiences with hands‑on leadership, delivering memorable service and strong financial results. This role offers opportunities to grow within Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels and develop across multiple venues in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Operational and Management experience in high‑volume food & drink roles.

Responsibilities

• Promote all bars and ensure they run efficiently with optimised revenue.

We’re set right at the heart of the Scottish Borders and offer a great place to relax, unwind and magically shut off from the pressures of modern life. We’ve been welcoming guests for well over 100 years but today is home to 132 bedrooms, 3 places to eat, 6 function spaces, leisure club, spa and oodles of outdoor space.

About the role

You’ll be passionate about, responsible for and will promote all the Bars, make sure they run efficiently with optimised revenue, a well trained team and you’ll grow the business to make sure Peebles Hydro is seen as "a great place to work, a great place to stay and a great business to invest in".

Customer satisfaction is always a key priority. You’ll have procedures, products and services that make our customers smile, while still meeting legislative requirements and financial targets.

You’ll be hands‑on and bring your own style to the role. You’ll put the customer at the heart of every decision, at the same time finding creative ways boost revenue.

• Operational and Management experience - in high volume food and drink roles
