Crieff Hydro Limited is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee a smooth service across day and night operations. You will lead bartenders and supervisors, maintain stock, uphold standards, and support training for cocktail knowledge and whisky expertise.

About the role

As Bar Manager, you will oversee and ensure a smooth service across day and night operations. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and supervisors.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring efficient ordering processes.
• Upholding service standards, ensuring consistency across all venues.
• Supporting training and development for the team, focusing on cocktail knowledge, whisky expertise and exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with events, promotions and new menu launches.
