Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in Durham to guide and develop the store team, ensuring smooth service and top-notch coffee quality. You’ll train new Baristas and energise the crew during shifts, while upholding Costa’s standards and customer experience.

We offer flexible shifts and a supportive environment where proactivity and reliability are valued. This role is based at Unit 12, Durham, with the opportunity to make a positive impact on daily guest experiences.
