Job summary

Costa Coffee in Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, helping to deliver great coffee and memorable moments for customers.

You'll train and motivate the team, uphold service and coffee standards, and adapt to changing needs across the store. Role suits a reliable, communicative leader with experience in a fast-paced cafe environment.
