Job summary

Costa Coffee in Chippenham is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team. You’ll mentor Baristas, uphold service and coffee standards, and help drive a welcoming customer experience.

As a Team Leader you’ll lead by example, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and adapt to daily shifts. A track record of leadership or readiness to step up will help you succeed in this role at Unit B High Street, Chippenham.
