Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift, train new Baristas, and uphold high standards of service and coffee quality. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming store environment and supporting store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while adapting to busy shifts and a flexible schedule.
