Job summary

Costa Coffee in Mansfield is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team during shifts, drive coffee excellence, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will train Baristas, motivate your team, and uphold Costa’s standards during busy periods, while embracing flexibility in shifts and ensuring smooth store operations.
