Job summary

Costa Coffee in Dundee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and guide the store team, ensuring excellent service and coffee excellence. You will train new Baristas, support shifts, and uphold brand standards with confident leadership.

We're looking for someone reliable, a strong communicator, and capable of staying calm under pressure while adapting to busy store environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching staff.
• Ability to train and support Baristas and shift teams.
