Job summary

Costa Coffee in Ayr is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise the team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

We offer flexible shifts to suit you and the store, with the opportunity to contribute to Costa Foundation initiatives and a strong team culture rooted in Costa’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of baristas or similar staff.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Energetic, positive approach with strong customer focus.
• Able to motivate and engage the team during shifts.
• Capable of remaining calm and resourceful under pressure.
