Job summary

Costa Coffee in Epsom is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and motivate your team, uphold service and coffee excellence, and adapt to keep operations running smoothly.

The role is based at Unit 24, The Ashley Centre, Epsom, Surrey. Costa offers flexible shifts, a 50% discount in Costa-owned stores, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
