Job summary

Costa Coffee in Warrington is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, while delivering great service and coffee excellence.

You will train and motivate your Baristas, maintain standards, and adapt to daily challenges in a fast-paced store, helping the team grow and delight customers.
