Job summary

Moto is hiring a Barista in Lancaster to provide friendly customer service while making Costa-style drinks and light food. The role supports delivering high-quality coffee and a welcoming, efficient service at our rest stop location.

You will work in shifts, including weekends, with a focus on maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and a memorable guest experience for travelers. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or cafe environment.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn barista recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
