Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a Costa Barista at Pease Pottage Services, near Crawley. The role pays £14.90 per hour and requires night shifts, 11pm to 7am, 3 nights in 7 per week.

You will deliver Costa’s coffee and service, with weekly pay, discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and development opportunities including funded qualifications. Join a welcoming team focused on guest experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
