Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Costa Barista at Leigh Delamere Services on the M4 in Chippenham. The role pays £12.83 per hour for part-time shifts (12/21 hours per week) and involves delivering high-quality coffee and customer service between busy periods and quieter times.

You will greet customers, handle orders, make drinks, and help keep the store clean and welcoming while supporting a team-focused environment with flexible shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
