Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista at Cherwell Services, M40 J10, Bicester (OX27 7RD). The role pays £12.83 per hour for 35 hours per week across a 7am–11pm window, with a mix of weekdays and weekends.

You’ll deliver Costa quality coffee and top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include weekly pay, discretionary bonus up to a week, substantial staff discounts, enhanced benefits and funded development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
