Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Grantham Services (A1 Trunk Road, Grantham NG32 2AB) is seeking a friendly Costa Barista to join our team. The role offers shifts across 7am–11pm, a 7‑hour initial contract, and opportunities to grow within a welcoming rest‑stop environment.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, make a range of barista drinks and toasties, and help maintain a clean, organised store while delivering excellent service that makes customers want to return.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Ability to greet customers warmly, process orders quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
