Moto Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista at Leigh Delamere Services to deliver Costa’s finest coffee and exceptional service. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and producing barista-quality drinks and toasties, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

The position offers weekend night shifts, weekly pay, and benefits including discretionary bonus and staff discounts.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
