Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Barista at Lancaster Services, offering £12.83 per hour for ~14 hours per week. Shifts between 6am and 11pm, including weekends, with perks like weekly pay and discretionary bonuses. Shifts: 14 Hours per week, shifts between 6am and 11pm, including weekends

What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
