Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a friendly Barista for Costa at Trowell Services, along the M1 between Junction 25 and 26. £12.83 per hour, shifts from 7am to 11pm, 14–21 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. You will deliver Costa’s quality drinks and great service in a busy rest stop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prepare and serve a range of coffee and hot drinks.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a high-traffic rest stop setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and take orders promptly.
• Prepare a range of barista drinks to Costa standards.
• Keep displays stocked and maintain a clean, welcoming workspace.
• Assist with handling requests and resolving customer enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
