Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is hiring a Barback to join our festive team. You’ll help prep ahead of service, keep the bar stocked and organised, and support fellow staff to ensure guests have a magical experience during the busy Christmas period.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with tips, two days off and a weekend off every six weeks, fair rotas, meals on shift, and other perks. This temporary Christmas contract can extend to permanent at the hiring manager’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barback is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping ahead of service to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep bar stocked and well-organised throughout shifts.
• Support bar team to deliver great guest experiences.

From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
