Job summary

Cosy Club Nottingham is seeking a Barback for a temporary Christmas contract. You’ll help prep ahead of service, keep the bar stocked, and support the team to ensure guests have a magical experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are 18+. Weekend and shift patterns include two days off and a weekend off every six weeks, with perks like meals on shift and staff discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to licensing.
• Previous bar/retail experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and restock bar before service.
• Keep bar well-stocked and organised during shifts.
• Assist bartenders and support team in busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the bar area.

From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
