Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender for a temporary Christmas contract. You’ll mix hot drinks and cocktails, welcome guests, and move between barista duties and cocktail expertise, delivering great service.

This role offers 18+ eligibility, 2 days off and weekends off every six weeks, meals on shift, and perks like Wagestream access and staff discounts across the Cosy Club family.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Experience making coffee and cocktails preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and beverages with enthusiasm across busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar area.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming Cosy Club atmosphere.

As our Bartender, one shift, you're a barista, the next, a cocktail connoisseur. Imagine the clinking of cups as you pour our guest's chosen tea and coffee order. Then, the anticipation as you build a new cocktail before keenly interested eyes - a cocktail our guest absolutely should try. That's just how we do it, and we always anticipate our guests' needs.

Each shift will provide variety, from being a brilliant barista to a cocktail connoisseur, you will raise the bar with your personality. You will be outgoing and enjoy engaging with our customers.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
