Job summary

Cosy Club Birmingham is hiring Barbacks to support our festive busy period. You will prep ahead of service, keep the bar stocked and organised, and help the team deliver a warm, magical guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

We offer an hourly rate with tips, 18+ eligibility, meals on every shift, and benefits such as Wagestream and a generous 2 days off every six weeks. This temporary Christmas contract could extend to permanent at the hiring manager's discretion.

Qualifications

In this role, you're the one that knows exactly what your bar needs. From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
