Job summary

Cosy Club Chelmsford is seeking a Barback to support the bar team during the festive period. You will help with preparation, stock management and maintaining a smooth service in a fast-paced setting.

This temporary Christmas contract includes a supportive team, two days off per rota, meals on shift and extra perks such as Wagestream and staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to the nature of the business.
• Temporary Christmas contract; may extend to permanent at the hiring manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prep ahead of service and keep the bar stocked and organised throughout the shift.
• Support the bar team to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

In this role, you're the one that knows exactly what your bar needs. From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
