Job summary

Loungers’ Cosy Club Oxford is hiring a Barback to support a busy festive period. You’ll help prep for service, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar so the team can deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar support or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to prep ahead of service and restock efficiently.
• Keeps calm and professional in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bar prep and stock management.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized and well-supplied throughout shifts.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Our Cosy Club bars are the place to be this Christmas and we need your support to ensure each guest has the most magical experience with us. In this role, you’re the one that knows exactly what your bar needs. From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. Cosy Club’s bars are the life and soul of the party, so you need to be the type of person that keeps a cool head in this fast-paced environment.

This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
