Job summary

Loungers Cosy Club Chelmsford is hiring a Barback to help deliver a magical Christmas experience for guests. You’ll pre‑stock and prepare ahead of service and keep the bar well‑stocked and organised throughout your shift.

In this fast‑paced role you’ll support the bar team, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy a range of perks from 2 days off every six weeks to a Christmas Day off, meals on every shift, Wagestream pay and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to the nature of the business.
• Previous hospitality experience welcome but not required; a positive attitude is essential.

From prepping ahead of service to keeping everything well-stocked and organised throughout, it's a vital role that the rest of the bar team will undoubtedly appreciate. This position is available on a temporary Christmas contract. The details of the contract will be agreed upon with the hiring manager during the interview process. Any temporary contracts can be extended to permanent on the discretion of the hiring manager.
