Responsibilities

• Crafting drinks following hotel policy and liquor licensing laws; suggest options.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Handle cash, credit cards and guest accounts per procedures.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare for shifts using department checklists.
• Rotate and display bar stocks to maintain quality.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Assist Food & Beverage team as needed.
