Job summary

Recruit Genie in Leeds is seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our bar team. You will prepare and serve drinks to our menu, including classic and signature cocktails, complete bar setup at the start of each shift, and ensure a clean, inviting service space.

The successful applicant will have at least one year of bar experience, a solid knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to work at pace while delivering great guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service; training provided.
• Outgoing, with effective communication.
• Ability to work at pace and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks per menu, including garnishes and stock.
• Complete bar close-down procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage options and allergens.
• Drive sales through service and guest engagement.
• Support the bar floor team when required.
