RBH Hospitality Management is hiring for a vibrant bar team member in Harrogate. You will craft drinks, manage the Café, and work with Hotel Management to implement changes that elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume bar service.
• Ability to craft cocktails and signature drinks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve food orders and drinks to guests at the bar and café.
• Manage and run the café, the Place.
• Collaborate with hotel management to implement changes.
• Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with signature recipes.
• Brew coffee and provide excellent table service.
• Set up and maintain the bar to premium standards.
• Record orders accurately and maintain a clean bar environment.
