Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a Bar Tender to join Valor Hospitality's team. You’ll craft drinks, deliver stellar customer service, and help create memorable moments for guests in a busy hotel bar. £12.71 per hour, 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Responsibilities include serving beverages, handling cash and cards, keeping the bar spotless, assisting with stock, and complying with health, safety and licensing rules. English proficiency is essential for clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Crafting Delight: Serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) following policy and licensing laws, with upsell where appropriate.
• Service Excellence: Maintain enjoyable guest interactions and consistently high service standards.
• Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, cards and accounts per procedures.
• Spotless Setup: Keep bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Shift Ready: Prepare for shifts using department checklists.
• Stock Management: Rotate and display bar stocks and ensure quality.
• Safety First: Follow Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Team Player: Support Food & Beverage with additional duties as needed.
