Job summary

SSP Group is opening Monty's Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport. We are hiring a Bar Team Member for a fixed-term contract until December 2026, with shift times from 3am to 11pm and a base pay of £12.85 per hour. An extra £1.20 per hour is earned for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour.

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.

• Keep all areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Take customer orders through table service and support guests using QR code ordering.
• Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks as part of the restaurant service.

Pay Rate:

£12.85 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earnanextra £1.20 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing yourrate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Bar Team Member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
