Job summary

Monty’s Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport is hiring a Bar Team Member to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience across shifts from the early hours through the evening. You will work with the team to prepare, take orders via QR codes, and ensure smooth service while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

We expect strong customer service, hospitality spirit, and reliability. The role offers fixed-term work until December 2026 with tips, discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights.
• Good communication and a friendly demeanor.

BAR TEAM MEMBER - MONTY'S DINER, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Fixed term contract until December 2026! NEW EXCITING UNIT OPENING SOON!

Pay Rate:£12.85 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earnanextra £1.20 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing yourrate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

Shift times: between 3am and 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Bar Team Member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Team Member role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.
