Job summary

SSP Food Travel Experts is hiring a Team Member in Southampton for the airport outlets, including The Olive Tree and Starbucks. The role focuses on engaging customers, delivering a superior guest experience, and supporting smooth operations across brands during early morning and day shifts.

Pay starts at £12.85/hour with a£1.20/hour bonus for early shifts (6am), and a fixed-term contract through September with potential permanency. Previous references and a criminal record check are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in high-volume hospitality or retail is preferred and night-shift experience is desirable.

TEAM MEMBER - SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS

Previous Barista experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent.

Shift patterns 5am - 13:00 & 13:00 - 22:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Limited transport links for early morning shift, own transport is preferred.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE:

• At Least one years' experience in a similar high-volume Hospitality or Retail role is preferred and / or Previous night shift experience is desirable.
• You will be required to work in both the Evergreen Bar and Starbucks.
