Job summary

SSP at Birmingham Airport is seeking Bar Staff to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will serve alcoholic beverages, engage customers and help deliver a memorable experience across shifts from 3am to 10pm.

We offer full-time (30 hours) and part-time (20 hours) contracts with a fixed term until December 2026. The role pays £12.85 per hour, with an extra £1.20 per hour for hours from midnight to 6am, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour, plus potential tips or service charges.

BAR STAFF – BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT, SHELBY & CO.

Please note, this role includes the handling and service of alcohol as part of daily duties

FIXED TERM CONTRACTS UNTIL END OF DECEMBER 2026!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to£14.05 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 10pm Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theBar Staffrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to sell and handle alcohol.
