Job summary

SSP Southampton Airport – The Olive Tree and Starbucks are hiring a Team Member. Pay £12.85 per hour, plus £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, totalling £14.05 per hour.

Shifts run 5:00–13:00 and 13:00–22:00 across weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Fixed-term until September with potential to go permanent; work across Evergreen Bar and Starbucks with limited early links; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18 years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

TEAM MEMBER – SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS

Previous Barista experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.20 per hour for hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent.

Shift patterns 5am - 13:00 & 13:00 - 22:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Limited transport links for early morning shift, own transport is preferred.

ABOUT YOU

• Due to some responsibilities within theTeam Memberrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE

• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume Hospitality or Retail role is preferred and / or Previous night shift experience is desirable.
• You will be required to work in both the Evergreen Bar and Starbucks.
